• Token-based API authentication via Laravel Sanctum

5. Third-party integrations

FTG Drop integrates with third-party services to provide channel synchronisation and other features. When you connect a third-party account, we may receive and store:

• Shopify — store information, product listings, inventory levels, and order data
• Amazon — seller account information, product listings, inventory, and order data
• File storage providers — product images and documents stored on Amazon S3

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies before connecting your accounts.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

• With your consent — when you explicitly authorise sharing, such as publishing a public pricelist or enabling product feed access

9. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your access. These are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off.

On our public marketing pages we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, which are only placed if you accept them in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected from your browser. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

Inside the signed-in platform we use PostHog for product analytics and Zoho SalesIQ for in-app support chat. Both set cookies and both record your activity within the platform against your account so we can diagnose problems and improve the product. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information or share it with advertising networks.

10. Children's privacy

FTG Drop is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
